Yes! Meet Kristi McFarland. She’s been operating at the intersection of strategy, culture, brand and mission for 25 years and can help you steward your organization on its purposeful path.

Strategic Leader

  • Kristi held executive roles as co-president, chief strategy officer, and chief people officer at New Seasons Market, the world’s first B Corp certified grocery store. She led growth strategy and small vendor development focused on entrepreneurs of color and women-owned businesses. 

​

  • Prior to New Seasons Market, Kristi led people and culture, brand strategy and communications at Peet’s Coffee, and held leadership roles at Gap Inc. and Williams-Sonoma.

 

Path Lighter

  • Her gift is the ability to light a path of clarity in times of complexity, and model the way as a values-first leader.

Change Maker

  • She’s active in her community as a mentor at Built Oregon helping early-stage companies grow, a contributor at Either/Org equitable and inclusive organizational design lab, and an advocate for the B Corp movement.
