Yes! Meet Kristi McFarland. She’s been operating at the intersection of strategy, culture, brand and mission for 25 years and can help you steward your organization on its purposeful path.

Kristi held executive roles as co-president, chief strategy officer, and chief people officer at New Seasons Market, the world’s first B Corp certified grocery store. She led growth strategy and small vendor development focused on entrepreneurs of color and women-owned businesses.

Prior to New Seasons Market, Kristi led people and culture, brand strategy and communications at Peet’s Coffee, and held leadership roles at Gap Inc. and Williams-Sonoma.
